"Overall a nice stay but not same standard as Hilton international hotels!"

Centrality in city. Breakfast very good! service excellent!

Almost cancel reservation because hotel wants PCR Covid test before checking! Rubbish requirement - no one else require this! Fortunately they did not ask for it when we checked in.

we arrived at morning 0400hrs, was offer with room upgrade c/w breakfast of (about USD20/room), but the all 3 room is without aircon!!!, even I complaint ,,,. answer is cold weather air con is isolated! worsen is we only get 01 room with portable fan...,I got no choice due to said booking tru .BOOKING.COM.! I don't feel HILTON had such mgnmt., thus I will never book any Hilton group of stay again !!!!

"Already planning to return there in 2026."

My third stay at this property. Steve checked us and was very professional and took time to deal to a previous billing issue. His command of English is also goo. Liane checked us out and again was very professional. During our stay the Housekeeping called to find out if there was anything that was needed during the stay; we were welcomed by Coco and both they were a nice touch. Finally, we were upgraded to the Executive floors.

The location is very convenient to train station. Surrounding is an also very good. Got local food and tasty also. The Staff was extremely friendly and can speak English . So communication is not an issued here.

"My favourite place to stay in Chongqing"

It was my second stay at this hotel because everything is nice. Brenda, Gloria and Vicky (hopefully I got their names right), the 2 receptionists at the SPA, were all extremely friendly and professional. The room shows ageing sign but it is very nice, large and clean. For my liking the area is very convenient, I have favourite places to eat and it offers good transport. The cost for the taxi from the airport was 65 Yuan.
