The hotel needs a makeover. Definitely overpaid for the conditions.
Room was not as shown on internet amenities were very little. Did not serve Breakfest on Monday’s. Outside of Hotel not maintained
The room was reasonably clean and the location was good. However, those are the only points in the hotel's favor. It was a blistering hot weekend and the A/C in our room worked sporadically. I requested that we be moved to be told "no other rooms were available." Not because the hotel was full, but because they apparently didn't have enough staff to clean all of the rooms. The receptionist did send the maintenance guy with a couple of fans, which did help once it got cool enough outside for the A/C to keep up. There was a pool inside, but the temperature of the water was extremely cool. The three-dozen rowdy kids in the pool didn't seem to mind the cold. We weren't the only adults who commented on how cold the water was. The hotel looks dated and could use a whole lot of attention to maintenance. Bathrooms are very cramped and the decor is rather spartan. For what they charge, there are probably a lot better options for the money in the area.
First, was improper advertising. There are no single queen rooms. They either have king or double rooms. Second, there is no customer elevator available. So it is not handicap friendly. Third, extremely small bathrooms. Barely big enough to turn around in. Fourth, there is no microwaves in The rooms. The only one was in the lobby. The only good things was the employees were very helpful in adjusting accommodations.
I had heard that the place was not so nice, but that was several years ago. I found it very clean and pleasant, but maybe that's since the remodel. The only problem I had was no refrig in our room. All that took was a quick visit to the desk, and when we came back from dinner, it was there. The girl at the front desk couldn't have beencuter, nicer, and more helpful. She was an absolute angel!
The pool had scum all around the sides. I believe that the pool had not been cleaned for a long time. The doors had broken and sealed security entrances. We were worried about the car and safety for our room. It needs to be repaired, cleaned and updated. Breakfast was done by 9 am and we were late and didn’t get breakfast. It should be served until 10am like other hotels. Would not recommend!
Hotel was older room was not the same as the pictures. And hotel is not worth the price per night
Not worth the price. Hotel staff was nice ,but the rooms themselves where not the best. Bathroom tiny and stains on toilet and in shower. Good enough for last minute over night stay.
Stayed for a softball tourney. Great for the kids. Nice pool area. Good customer service.
MANAGER ON DUTY WAS NOT VERY PLEASANT. NO VIEW OF POOL THAT WAS REQUESTED. PILLOWS HARD AS BRICKS. BEDDING AND FURNITURE NEED UPDATES. BATHROOM TOILET WOULD NOT STOP RUNNING. WATER BACKED UP WHEN TAKING SHOWER. JUST OVERALL THIS PLACE NEEDS REVAMPING. EGGS TASTED LIKE CARDBOARD. ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE POOL AND HOT TUB.
