"With ALL of the hotel choices in Collge Station, your guests should have had the total treatment!Station"

Because of construction, a breakfast buffet was offered! The Buffet left a lot to be desired! It was very disappointing! We were told and also read the advertisement that a buffet would be offered because of the construction! Our expectations for an exceptional breakfast was very disappointing! We parked in handicapped parking. These parking spaces should have not been used. Our car was covered with white “asbestos”! Yes, it did blow off while driving but the floorboards were covered from our shoes. We have stayed at this same hotel many times in the last 5 years. We have never been disappointed before! But, our stay did not meet the usual excellent standards!

We KNEW there was the inconvenience of construction! But, as I stated earlier, the “extra” breakfast buffet was VERY disappointing!

"Hotel under construction. Wasn't mentioned online. I was deceived into paying full price and wasn't able to get a refund. I felt"

I made the mistake of reserving online without actually seeing the Hotel first. I feel like I was deceived. When i pulled up, the entire Hotel was under construction from front to back. It looked like it was closed. I was VERY FRUSTRATED!! I attempted to cancel the reservation that I made less than an hour before I arrived but was told I had to cancel 48 hours prior to arrival. So its ok for the Hotel to deceive people to stay in a Hotel under construction at the same rate?? Atleast be honest and mention that the Hotel is under construction with constant hammering and machinery noise.

If Marriott is going to allow franchises, they should really follow up on the condition of the hotels as they are wearing the Marriott Brand. This hotel is a pig sty! The bathrooms are disgusting, the rooms have been “updated”, but it is like putting lipstick on a pig! Come on Marriott, do an inspection! I know you can do better!

Hotel is a bit worn but clean. Beds are ok, but a little hard. The cafe is subpar and you should avoid it. The coffee was really bad and they were out of breakfast menu items. Fortunately, there’s a Starbucks within walking distance so it’s easy to avoid the cafe. Overall, a decent place to spend a night, but not great.
