Rooms were clean

The TV streaming services didn't work, The phone in the room didn't work. Staff couldn't do anything about it. We were woken up twice by far alarms one 4:00 a.m. in the morning and other 7:00 a.m. in the morning. And there was no fire. And there might have been a rodent in the wall. Shitty experience

Checked in. I had the room reserved but she tried to give me a different room. I had to remind her of what i wanted. It was still wrong because my room was to have a tub, not a shower. The fire alarm went off three times that night, the last one at 3am! It was never turned off and was still on outside the next morning. Oh, and the receptionist actually had the nerve to ask me what i was doing in town! First time that ever happened in my life! I won't be back to this particular hotel....ever.

"Staggered fire alarm was soothing"

Amazing front desk clerk! She was super nice and accommodating! That’s about it. The fire alarm is too loud, but the pattern was soothing and helped me sleep. And the guy across from us yelling at his neighbor was great entertainment. Despite his claims ‘half the hotel [could] hear [her]’, I could only hear him. Pure comedy.
