I was previously offered a bottle of water because I have stayed here several times. Not today. I am a good customer but didn’t feel as valued today. Onye is usually at the desk to check me in. It’s obviously she wasn’t working today.

Nothing.

Switch my room day of when I arrived without notice. Was told I got switched to a tub room with two queens and I walk in and it’s a dirty king room.

The staff was helpful!

The room wasn’t fully clean. There was a used condom wrapper and some sort of dog toy left from prior customers. The only available room was a handicapped room which made it difficult to bathe the baby we had.

Really weird that the back doors were never locked and we were told that we would need our room key to get in. Need to update the shower/tub, can tell it’s old and has been patched up.

Staff took care of our problem with the room safe when I had forgotten the combination. Within the hour on the Sunday morning of checkout, they had someone come to the room and open the safe. We appreciated their response.
