Amazing view on Niagara Falls

Staff was great at the front desk, they got you in and out and always helped. This includes the staff at the restaurant where we had breakfast, which you can do the buffet or order something. Getting in and out of the hotel parking was terrible, but the extra parking was in a great location easy to get to walking and driving. Oh and in my room the shower was built the wrong way so my floors were soaked from showers.

The pool water and hot tub water didn't look to clean, yes there are signs telling people to take showers. The pool looks big in picture but small, same as the hot tub which should be called luke warm small pool. It was small lots of people tried to cram in as nobody wanted to be in the pool as it was to cold. I got the hotel for the pool and hot tub and no pool and no hit tub as it was to full.

Lobby welcoming, location was EXCELLENT, everything within walking distance. Once you park the car, you can put away the keys. The rooms very clean. Staff at breakfast super friendly and accommodating. Overall stay was wonderful.
