It was close to all attractions

There was no body wash and the toilet seat was a little dirty

The location is very convenient for families. You can see Clifton Hill outside your window. There are also great places to eat in walking distance.

I completely understand that adjoining rooms are not guaranteed and appreciate the hotel looking at the requests. However, the front desk staff told us that we did get adjoining rooms. Upon arrival to our designated floor, not only were the rooms not adjoining, they were on opposite sides on the hallway.

The property was clean, great location, friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub.

Nothing to complain about

We upgraded our room to Riverview from cityview for $20 and it was so worth it. It was raining all day the day we checked in and the view was the saving grace that let us feel like we weren't missing out since the skywheel and Clifton hills was in our sight of line even though we couldn't go out. The staff was really nice during our stay as well and let us check in early. The front desk also lent out umbrellas to us so we could go sightseeing which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was also well equipped, just that they didn't have many vegetarian options. We wished the pancakes could've been eggless so we could enjoy those too. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Vittoria :)
