Great location, central and accessible

No Netflix, TV are old fashioned. My kids were so surprised about this and were really bored during the times we stayed indoors

I had a wonderful experience at Vittoria Hotel & Suites. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near Niagara Falls, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. After my stay, I accidentally left behind a hair band. Jude Gomes, the Housekeeping Supervisor, went above and beyond to help. He personally arranged to have the item shipped back to me and kept me updated throughout the process. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to take extra steps for a guest made a lasting impression. It's rare to encounter such genuine care and hospitality. The staff treated me with respect and understanding, and their efforts turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend Vittoria Hotel & Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls and would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you to Jude and the entire team for making me feel valued as a guest.

Lots of people smoking weed in nearby rooms, and it coming into our room

It was a clean and comfortable facility That was located well for walking to attractions. Parking rates were reasonable .

Off site parking was mandatory when there was clearly availability on-site. The room had a stale smell to it, like it needed better air circulation.

The beds are the most comfortable and big, the king size is large large extremely comfortable and nice

Everything was lovely and I only wish the parking was already built into the price of the room
