The service of the hotel staff was kind, informative and overall - excellent. The hotel lobby is impressive, the room was clean and comfortable, spacious and nice. There is a coffee machine in the room but no tea or espresso. We had a problem with a leaking shower and the staff at the desk immediately got someone to check it and then upgraded us to a family suite instead. We appreciated a lot the service.

The breakfast was not good at all, it lacked a proper coffee, no fresh vegetables at all! the pancakes and waffles were tasteless. Very simple and basic. I was expecting much more of it. The TV was also very old with old channels and options. We were hoping to watch movies with the kids, but there was no Netflix or other good options for them or for us as adults.

I loved the Location for why i was there , across the street from Ferris Wheel and Go Karts, exceptional view of the river, and to see fireworks from you room was great, especially for the kids. A/C worked very good, never felt stuffy in the room which i thought was a large room for us. Room 901 is what i had and would get again, unless there is a better one. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

If i had to complain, and i mean this is getting picky. I did not like off site Parking, even though it was just around the corner. So unless you get lucky with the on site parking you have to park a street behind. No on site restaurant aside from breakfast ( which i did not try, but need to next time ). However with all the food choices just outside of Hotel, it really is not an issue.

The perfect location and the cleanest facility.
