"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!"

How can a hotel that charges the highest rates in the region hire people so ill-equipped to welcome guests? The worst customer service of all time! Our family was served by a young woman with red hair and a face full of piercings, who had such a rude and repulsive attitude that it made us want to cancel the reservation immediately after we arrived.

Location, breakfast

First room had men’s underwear on floor then put us in the next room. Lamp didn’t work. Curtains were falling down and dirty at the bottom. Bathroom door didn’t lock No full length mirror Makeup mirror mounted too high Toilet too low

Convenient for us. Attending graduation at Wash U. Breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Did not clean the rooms Said they were understaffed. Did not like the attitude of some of the front desk staff.
