The Crow Peak Lodge

The 1st room assigned had leaking toilet, broken bathroom vanity, and quite possibly mold since room smell triggered allergies.

Decent place for price. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient on/off highway

Provided no drinking cups or glasses whatsoever. Rooms were really warm and humid with inaccessible temperature control. Did not feel safe opening windows. Breakfast ok. Would have been nice if foyer was open in evening. Check in was unusual but worked. Location was the only thing going for it. Whole property was rundown

Not staffed properly.not cleaned properly.poor parking area.

My only complaint is that there were no glasses or Kleenex available. Also one set of towels is not enough for a 3 day stay

Property is dated but quiet and clean.

No Host on site to check in with. Lobby was locked. Had to call a number to get code for lockbox for keys. Property in poor condition. Our front door was rotted out. I never once saw a maid or staff member.

It was a horrible experience for the moment we showed up. They didn’t give us the room we had paid for online. We didn’t have enough beds for our family. The heat was broken so the room was freezing. Would NEVER RECOMMEND to anyone

The room didn't match up to the pictures they had describing the property at all. Super run down but it was clean and quite. The staff was super helpful and the check in process was super easy.

Wasn't in the motel that much as I spent time at the Days of "76 in Deadwood. The first night when I came back to the motel after being downtown Spearfish enjoying the festivities, I was not able to park in front of my room. All the ones upstairs should only be allowed to park in other areas and NOT in front of where your room is. Also the window coverings were the same color but one had a room darkening feature. The other side was so thin that if you are walking around in the room with your night stand light on anyone could see you and unfortunately the sun would shine through and right in your face the next morning. Something needed to be fixed or at least change the two panels around.
