Please note that extra beds are not suitable for guests higher than 5.6 feet. Please note that guests are required to send a copy of their ID with photo to the property. Guests need to present this at arrival. Um dos melhores em Vitória que não tem muitas opções de excelentes hotéis, localização, quartos e dependências amplas, boa cama, bom café da manhã com música ao vivo (pelo menos qdo estive), internet ok, estacionamento manobrável, staff simpático e prestativo

Poucos elevadores funcionando e pelas avaliações faz meses o que é um problema grave pro porte do hotel em momentos de pico (pessoal de serviço dividindo espaço com hóspedes,etc.), tenha paciência e adiante seus horários; preços acima da média pelo padrão/serviços oferecidos, desde frigobar, restaurante(exorbitante),estacionamento, e diárias(com certeza poderia ser mais baixa)...

A recepção do hotel é extensa e muito bonita, o quarto é amplo e confortável, o banheiro grande com um lavatório e box amplo! A limpeza é excelente também! O café da manhã tem muitas variedades! Gostamos muito!

De dois elevadores que o hotel possui, apenas um funciona, e pelas avaliações, pecebe-se que há tempo um deles está em manutenção! Isso acarreta uma demora no subir e descer como também uma lotação de até uns10 hóspedes, ocasionando paradas em quase todos os andares!
