Please note that extra beds are not suitable for guests higher than 5.6 feet. Please note that guests are required to send a copy of their ID with photo to the property. Guests need to present this at arrival. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Hotel com equipe simpática e prestativa. Quarto e banheiro limpo, com todas as comodidades necessárias a uma boa estadia. A entrada do hotel conta com uma área frontal, paralela à avenida, que permite aos carros (uber, táxi, etc.) pararem para embarque/desembarque. Hotel com boa localização e facilidade de locomoção para vários pontos da cidade. Saguão amplo e acolhedor. Café da manhã no restaurante com bastante iguarias, que permite atender a gostos dos mais variados. Destaque para o chefe do restaurante, Alex, e sua equipe. Destaque também para a comida servida no quarto, muito bem preparada, saborosa e com boa apresentação.

Nos dias hospedados, um dos elevadores estava com defeito e havia certa sobrecarga no outro elevador, tanto que este outro elevador parou também, mas em poucas horas o problema foi resolvido. Ambas as situações não tiraram o mérito da boa hospedagem.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, localização excelente e funcionários prestativos e atenciosos durante toda a estadia

Um dos elevadores estava parado e teve um dia que o outro parou também, obrigando os hóspedes a usar o elevador de serviço, o que provocou transtorno, principalmente durante a limpeza dos quartos. Cheguei a preferir percorrer 6 andares de escada para não esperar mais. Felizmente este problema foi resolvido em algumas horas (mas o outro elevador continuava parado quando eu fui embora)
