Please note that extra beds are not suitable for guests higher than 5.6 feet. Please note that guests are required to send a copy of their ID with photo to the property. Guests need to present this at arrival. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. Maintenance work of the pool will be carried out from 10/11/2025 to 10/11/2025. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check in from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
