Static electricity build-up. I was getting shocked by everything. The absolute worst shocks.

Newly finished/ refurbished with lovely enthusiastic staff. Great to relax in a quiet quality place.

Room was clean but no one serviced the room on our second day.

Location downtown was rougher than expected. Lots of empty business offices and stores. More homeless and hopeless people on the streets. Hotel parking lot had people hanging around and parties were going on in adjacent rooms. Walls and ceilings were thin. Room was clean but no one serviced the room on our second day. Elevator required a key after hours but stairwell provided access to outsiders as guests. No one at front desk in AM.

Ticked the box for location. Staff really helpful. Cleaners were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but acceptable. Gym and sauna very nice. Parking was good. No complaints

All staff we met were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was a basic breakfast, hot oatmeal, cheese, sausage on a bun ( hot). And selection of toast etc and cold cereals, juice and nice , HOT coffee . BEST of all heating was perfect and NOT noisy or drying
