"Nice!!"

Breakfast was good. The guy who checked us in was very polite and very accommodating, they originally had us booked on the first floor, I did not want that at all so they upgraded us to a suite on the top floor and did not charge for the upgrade. Went down to go to the venue and asked for a back way, the guy helped and even went outside to show us the road we needed to be on. Very helpful!!

"Great Sleep and Great Breakfast!"

Everything was CLEAN. The location is amazing and quiet. The breakfast was top notch and the staff seemed happy. I was treated with kindness and respect and had a wonderful stay.

The road to the hotel is a little confusing.

Lights in the room were not working, room was very dirty, hotel is very run down, overall I wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

"Great experience at the Hyatt"

Camillo the manager was super helpful and kind, helped us fix an issue where I had paid in advanced but booking.com never sent the payment, so he navigated their customer support with me and got us our room no problem. He gave us stellar recommendations to local food and drinks. Xavier also shuttled us to and from the concert venue we came to town for, very professional. Great experience with the staff. The room was clean and cozy, facilities were all pristine. Excellent stay.

Booking.com didn't send our payment, and three other guests checking in had the same problem. Will not be using booking.com again anytime soon. No issues whatsoever on the hotels end, they were great.
