The.food was bad

I loved the beach location, the staff overall were very friendly and the entertainment was very good.

The colour scheme and decor in the bedroom and buffet restaurant were dated, needs updating. Small pools. The same food most days. A little too rowdy by the pool bar and inappropriate dancing (twerking) one afternoon by the pool whilst people were trying to have lunch, off putting! Thin bedroom walls and lots of door slamming. Didn’t feel like a 5 star resort.

awful service, servers were unhappy to be there. while there was a lot of variety for food most of it wasn't very good. no elevators for the seniors in our group. coffee shop opened at 10? in what world does a coffee shop open that late.

Overall a very nice experience. Sure it is touristic compared to other places we stayed at in Jamaica but as expected since this is a resort. The whole resort is very clean and well maintained, all the way from buildings to beach towels. Rooms are huge and clean with a very generous mini bar. The food in the buffe restaurant is great and the standard of food and drinks are in general very good. I been to all inclusive resorts before and they asll serve more local brands, here they serve premium.

The food and the service in the à la carte restaurants are really poor. We tried three different ones and all where a dissapoitment. Slow service, cold food of low quality, etc. You need to book resataurans via an App that is really slow and not straight forward to use.
