The front desk was so great to us

Nothing to complain about

The location and breakfast were great.The morning clerk was pleasant and accommodating.

The toilet was clogged. Some of the towels in the bathroom had an odor to them. We requested a king size bed and received a queen size without any indication from the clerk when we checked in. The manager hung up on us when we attempted to speak with her to express our concerns around the time of check out.

Not much at all. The huge TV was nice, but the lack of any channel guide was absurdly lacking. Even virtually every inexpensive motel we’ve ever stayed in has had printed channel listings in the room and more often than not premium channels!

A comfortable room temperature was completely impossible to achieve!! We had to alternately choose between a freezing cold A/C fan blowing much too hard OR the room temperature rising much too hot & stuffy!!!!! It was awful. We couldn’t even use the bed near that blower without feeling miserably cold!! The room was also very noisy due to traffic noise outside. The solid panel next to patio door to the balcony wasn’t properly insulated at all allowing noise to come through. What we discovered too late at breakfast was that the pancake batter was contained in a used CoffeeMate container which they hadn’t even bothered to relabel to identify the contents!! Also, the plastic flatware was the cheapest, flimsiest crap imaginable. We’ve better nights in many far cheaper motels than in this $300+ hostel. No pool either.

Breakfast was good. A nice variety of items. Definitely better than the typical hotel breakfast.

They have elevator problems.

Breakfast was adequate. Location was good.

Lobby, elevators and carpet were dirty. We’re not vacuumed. Our room toilet seat was not secure. The shower tub grain plug did not work. A drawer handle was loose on the cabinet in the bathroom.
