Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Philadelphia - King of Prussia by IHG

I feel like i was expecting more. The coffee machine only brewing one cup at a time caused for a long line, even though thencoffee did taste better much more fresh.

We had a constant beep in our room that I could not figure out where it came from. And walking in the halls you can hear peoples conversations in their rooms.

The two-room suite with kitchenette was large and the bed was comfy. The location is near a shopping mall and there are many stores and restaurants; but it is also next to major noise interstate highways. The room was quiet, however.

Upon check-in, we given a room that was already occupied: A bad experience encountering some other guest open the door. We went back to get the staff to assign another room. Got an apology from the desk clerk.

I like that the property had balconies and the rooms were spacious

I booked two rooms with this property, and one of my rooms had bed bugs in it, and when I reported it to the staff and requested my reservation be canceled they were upset and told me that it was nothing that they can do and call the police on me.
