few staff members need retraining of guest handling skills, its either a training issue or hiring problem. Nishant (Director) & Sameer as seasoned professionals managed couple of embarrassing situations. Thanks to the two men who are seen almost attending everything in my observation. our stay would not have been memorable without these two.

I had to wait for 1-2 hrs before checking, the room was not ready by 3 PM and we finally get to check in at 5 PM. Room was not very functional when we get in, bathroom were not very clean. TV we’re not working properly, we had to call house keeping so many times. Also there were some dirty dishes kept outside the room for the entire duration of the stay.

Worst Marriott experience despite being silver elite member, stayed there for a night and paid for two night due to checkin time but dates are not credited to my membership, despite reminder. Room service and house keeping is very poor, arrogance of staff adds up more complications.

Her kind gesture towards me and my family and hospitality was beyond satisfaction. I truly felt like a guest not just like a regular customer.. so hats off to your team. Appart from her, hotel service staffs were so helpful and friendly. Please let her and other staff know that their efforts go unnoticed. Thank you once again for hiring such wonderful staff and hope to see her again in my other future stays with marriott. Thanks for making my first stay at Marriott so memorable. I stayed in 2 Bedroom Lake View Apartment. Very spacious apartment, With Kitchen and Refrigerator. The room service folks Vithoba and Rajesh took good care of our room with daily cleaning and did a great job. Access to Renaissance was awesome. We had Breakfast included and both Marriott and Renaissance were awesome with ton of choices. Overall a nice stay. Renaissance is much modern but does not have the large 2 Bed Rooms.

We have to go to Westin for every thing which is also located in the same premises . So much construction going on inside the property and between the properties , which is real disturbance to the guests. Reception staff are very supportive. Staff should be attentive at breakfast, I visited in the morning but not so busy but no body is there to attend for a long time. Ya we surely feel like it’s not a hotel, it’s service apartment

They need to have a much better swimming pool and a indoor badminton court

Really nice hotel. Amazing service and staff were very helpful and attended our every need. Food was amazing and staff members made us feel as ease. Love how the restaurant had different cuisines to choose from the rooftop pool was hit with the kids.

We visited Lakeside Chalet Marriott Executive apartments, Powai on 30th sept. 1. Got check-in after waiting for 2 hours 2. We had requested 2 cribs for babies under 1.5 years at the time of booking. It took the hotel 6 hrs after late check-in of 2 hours and several calls to help desk to finally get the cribs 3. The rooms were unsanitary. There were lots of dirt and dust on the floor and we had to call the hotel team 4 times to finally get the room cleaned, after 4 hours! 4. Every request and call made for snacks, cleaning the room were done only after a minimum of 3-4 calls to help desk after running out of patience 5. Breakfast cafe on the following day was full and we were asked to move to Westin which is at a steep height and difficult to climb with 2 babies in tow. We waited patiently for 20 mins only to reach Westin and be questioned by the Westin staff and hostess that why are we there. When we told Marriott team asked to come there then they put us on wait list, we waited with crying babies for 1 hr, many requests to offer us some place to feed the hungry babies.. pls note many tables were empty and only delayed bcoz they weren't cleaned up. 6. While check-out, we waited for over 1.5 hrs to get all our issues addressed and ensure such service is not received by other guests staying with babies. UTTERLY HORRENDOUS SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Would highly recommend staying at any other property in Mumbai but this. It DOES NOT live upto Marriott name and this should be strictly looked into bu the management.
