Holiday Inn Colorado Springs - Airport by IHG

Restaurant/Bar very limited food selection, burgers & chicken. Did not receive requested "wake-up call". Shuttle to airport doesn't start until 8 am. Had early flight (6am). Hotel beginning to show it's age!

A/C did not work well in room. The room phone did not work I had to go downstairs to talk to front desk (not happy about that) also I have to have front desk come to room to fix TV. No orange juice in the morning for 3 days out. Bar was out of the liquor I like to drink.

The staff were kind and friendly, allowing us to check in almost 2 hours before our check-in time. However, the tub had pink mold, and the room would not cool despite setting the AC to 65 degrees.

Staff were friendly, and the room was nice. Maid service did not touch my bed though and left it unmanaged.

Great breakfast and HVAC.

Room was nice but some furniture looks dirty or stained in the room. Damage to the wallpaper. Besides that, room was comfortable for the one night stay I needed.

The area was a little more noisy than I thought it would be, not a bad stay really just kept getting woke up at night. For a traveling field service rep losing sleep makes me miss things. Not much staff can do about that. Other Than that it was good.

I stayed at this location as it was close to the airport and they had an airport shuttle. However upon my check in I was informed that the eariest shuttle is at 8AM, my flightwas at 6AM. I was not expecting to have to arrange my own transportation.
