Holiday Inn Colorado Springs - Airport by IHG

The service was great at this place! The room however was run down and dirty. Stains were on the carpeting and it seemed like it was never cleaned before we got checked in. We were pretty uncomfortable with how dirty it was unfortunately. For so many good reviews, we either got stuck in the worst room they had or the other reviews are fake. I was pretty disappointed

Honestly? This property is in the process of renovating their rooms due to them being outdated. The outside of the hotel is pretty sketchy, the main entry is nice and the front desk staff was really nice. The room we stayed in was outdated but still clean. Overall, $270 for two nights and there is no continental breakfast? Very over priced. We wouldn't stay again.

We had a wonderful one night stay. We enjoyed the hot breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, the view, beautiful, quiet, safe and great location.

The fact that they tried to change me more then the two nights costed then took over $364 then called me after I left and tried to charge me another $164

Staff was great, restaurant attached to motel was not the best, we waited for many minutes for our server to even come to our table, the cloth napkins were dirty.

Per employees, there was a recent flood which you can totally smell throughout the property. The restaurant was open, but the bartender was nowhere to be found for over 40 minutes per current customers sitting in the bar. There was no water available for sale at the property for three days. There was no coffee in the morning as they would put out one pot and not refill it. The hallways in rooms smell real bad And I would not recommend staying at this property.
