The room with ocean view,the cleaning lady fanny is friendly,the personal and staff to🥰

You don't have selection on drinks like others hotels,and the water pool is cold,you need music in the pool area,🙃

I loved the pool area and relaxation areas.

Would be nice if the air conditioner was blowing over the bed. A different location would be better.

Great location

I go to Cozumel 2-3 times per year and usually book through Expedia at various places. Totally befuddled by this one though. Expedia sells you breakfast at a dive resort where the restaurant opens at 8:00 and the dive boat leaves at 8:00. No bueno… Also, the restaurant closes at 4:00 in the afternoon so you need a taxi for dinner. They will only give you one bottle of drinking water. Front desk told me to take a taxi to the store if I wanted more. ??? Decent property, terrible service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coral Princess! The entire staff was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Although the resort was undergoing some construction during our visit, everything was still clean, quiet, and comfortable. The water was absolutely perfect—crystal clear and ideal for snorkeling right off the dock. We also went scuba diving with Island Divers Cozumel, located conveniently on-site, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our dive instructor, Joel, was phenomenal—an excellent teacher who made us feel confident and safe the entire time. We can’t wait to book our next adventure and would absolutely stay here again!

I booked a reservation at Coral Princess in June 2024 for a stay in January 2025, but had to cancel in November. I had chosen the Free Cancellation Rate, so I anticipated receiving a refund in a few weeks. But as of July 2025, I still have not been refunded $700 for my cancelled stay. I provided all the requested bank information necessary for the refund to be processed, and I've contacted the hotel 6 times. They respond each time, saying they're sorry it's taking so long, but provide no other information. I'm going to get my attorney involved soon and might even report it as theft.
