Worst place I've ever stayed if your looking for a relaxing quiet mini vacation. All the rooms are joined together where the ventilation and heating are shared between you and your neighbor. You can hear every noise/word/conversation your neighbor is making as if they were in your room. Very bad set-up. This kind of set-up should have been out-line when booking the room.
Very nice room. Comfortable, with Sleep Number bed. Kitchenette without stove/oven. Convenient for light meals and snacks.
The hotel was on the side of the mountain excellent if you were skiing. We ended up staying in town and with the road construction, it was a big inconvenience driving up and down the mountain. The road construction should have been mentioned on the listing.
We loved this hotel. The room was so nice and the BED was so comfy. (sleep number) We loved it so much on the way home we stoped by a sleep number store and bought one for ourselves. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend to everyone.
The site was hard to find and was difficult to get to due to road construction. It would of been good to know in advance of the road construction. Arrived at 10pm and it was a little confusing on check-in....appeared resort was pretty emptied so to receive a room on main road was disappointing.
we stood outside in cold at front of the looked door at 8pm for 30 min waiting for someone to come and open for us . Finally some security came and let us in. But we never even had the keys to our room.
Great hotel little difficult to find... at nigh... t but we made it and the room was excellent everything about it was top of the line.. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. 5 stars!
Was not what was advertised in when I made the reservations. Gave us a room with the snow building up on door, when rooms were available on the other side.
This was a very comfortable convienent room located a few hundred yards from the Nevada side of Heavenly Valley. Great access to skiing.
We enjoyed our time our stay at Ridge Pointe and plan to stay there again.
