Best Western Canyon De Chelly Inn

Check in and out was easy. Plenty of parking. Room was clean, bed, comfortable, and bathroom clean. No breakfast at this hotel. The one issue that I am surprised has never been properly addressed is the water. It appears there are times that the water coming out of the tap is brown in colour and the staff say this happens now and again at this hotel, and the restaurant next-door. I am surprised Best Western continues to allow their name at a hotel that has water issues and I’m also surprised that the owner hasn’t put in some type of filtration system. Everything else was great but we had to use bottled water while we were here.

I liked how neat the room was

I didn’t like how the water was very brown and it made the tub very dirty. Although there was a heater it took a very long time to warm up.

Very clean environment was a comfortable stay..

Shower pressure was working properly…

le petit déjeuner est servi dans un restaurant qui semble être attenant à l'hôtel , 3 formules au choix, ce qui est dommage c'est de ne pas pouvoir choisir soit même plus précisément selon ses goûts personnel l'emplacement est non loin du Canyon

L'indisponibilité de la piscine alors que nous l'aurions apprécié, propreté des chambres

Overpriced for what it is and the location didn’t feel the safest but that is just my personal opinion re the location.
