"Good location and well furnished, but with bad water."

The room was of a good size, and had nice amenities such as a mini fridge, microwave, and hair dryer. And, it was near my destination and was reasonably quiet.

The water had a light brown tint. I didn't trust it to be healthy to consume, so I had to buy a gallon of drinking water.

"It was a good stay but just some things weren't what I liked."

Comfortable beds, clean rooms.

I didn't like that the water was yellow during our stay, the shower didn't turn on just the bath. Also that the lights kept flickering all night and it went out for a couple minutes. And no pool.

Close to stores, clean, and staff was welcoming. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks,

I think every visit we’ve had in Chinle, the pool has never been open other than that the stay is great

The lady in the front was so rude! She was trying to charge me another $132 for a room I already paid for. She was unprofessional. I hope they hire another lady!

"Meh… it’s a place to stay."

It’s in a great location, practically at the mouth of Canyon de Chelly! The water was hot and the shower had great water pressure!

The bed felt like it was at least 29 years old. It was not comfortable at all. The TV is tiny-the room for sure needs to be updated. Checkout is also at 11, however- we left to go get breakfast and came back BEFORE 10 am and the “Do not disturb” sign was removed from the door, the blinds were open, the bed was stripped and all the towels were gone and soaps and things were thrown in the trash. Don’t have a check out time of 11am if you want people to check out before that.
