How is possible that "check in" office do not work 24 hours???

Good safe location , rooms basic, furniture was old and in bad repair, bed was good shower good - no breakfast - pretty basic, good for a cheap stay, 30 minutes to Sanibel

It has termites And if your staying weekly after your first week is up your not allowed to book the following weeks through a third party only the property's rate and it's over 500 a week

Room 210. Dirty, burn marks all over bathroom sink, smell of marijuana everywhere, old kitchen appliances, refrigerator covered in rust! Multiple lights out in bathroom, holes in shower walls. There was no curtain over shutters that were too small for one of the windows. Does not look anything like the pictures presented on the website. Asked about cutlery or even plastic silverware and was told it's more of an apartment type place and none of that is available. Should have left.

Nothing. They never checked me in. The desk was empty and when i called the number there they told Me i should have been there by 5PM but its nowhere written nor I have been notified ever. The girl i spoke to just told me that she cancelled my reservation. So i went somewhere else.

Nothing i like they are crooks they will Robb you for your money I want never rent from them again they never return my deposit it was hair in the bath tub

Clean enough but the dingy hallways had a musty odor. The suite was nicely laid out and well sized, although the kitchen facilities could only be described as tiny, although it was easy to make it work. The bathroom was adequately sized and equipped HOWEVER the water in the shower was barely above a dribble. Comfortable bed (somewhat soft), enough closet and drawer space. I would stay there again, but the maintenance needs to be a bit more diligent, loose drawers, missing pulls, non functioning lamps that were never addressed and laundry was certainly lacking. But, again, a solid B-, I would stay again.
