InTown Suites Extended Stay Fort Myers FL

It's not a place i would book again. First thing i observed was a box on the floor for catching rats and roaches. Towels had to be washed by me because the hotel does not refresh them. Needs refurbishing.

I cannot recommend this place because the room is very small and it smells disgusting with cockroaches and bugs. Also, they do not have an iron or a iron table. This place deserve negative stars not even one.

I was told to keep my windows closed for safety reasons and with the windows closed the air in the room smelled stale. The staff insisted it was corporate policy to keep the windows closed but never produced any documentation to that effect.

It is walking distance to many stores

Not much. Staff were okay.

NOTHING like the pictures. Not worth the $400+ I paid for the suite. Window was broken and never fixed. Hallways were super loud. Smelled terrible outside the room. TV did not work and no one wanted to fix it. Did not want to supply more than one roll of toilet paper despite our extended stay. Weird stuff on the walls and super dirty room. Lights were flickering. Supposedly our room was a recently done and updated room but totally not. Would never stay here ever again.

I got woke up at 2:30 in the morning by a farm I had to wait on the elevator 20 minutes every time I wanted to get on it there was never nobody there to speak to about things going wrong the washer and dryer did not work it was only one washing machine at work. And one of the washing machines caught on fire so no I never stay at y'all to talk to you again sorry

Everything there I didn't like the beds were uncomfortable they was hard as a brick. The staff was rude and mean mel fire alarms going off at 2:30 in the morning waking people up that has to work. And the other part that I didn't like if y'all even read this halfway through my stay I moved to a different motel I paid to stay somewhere else when I was staying at your place because your beds were so uncomfortable I mean there was nothing you could do to make them comfortable we went and bought memory foam to put on them so look. I had to spend more money just to try to make your place comfortable thank you
