Hilton Garden Inn Syracuse

The hot tub was not very hot, so we did not use it the entirety of our stay, which is unfortunate because we were really excited about it. We were comped free breakfast and a free drink for one of the nights, and given 2000 points, which I’m pretty sure is only $20… being able to chat with the front room was pretty cool, and being able to stream a decent amount of apps on the TV was awesome.

Hotel was very clean, front desk staff were friendly and helpful (both via phone and in person), and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a great stay!

We came here with a team & Stephanie Menotti pulled out all the stops for our group. The hotel itself is newly renovated and has a beautiful modern feel to it. We had a complicated group with many guest requests and Mrs. Menotti tended to all of them. The rooms were clean, the pub food was good and the desk was friendly

Stay here when in Syracuse. Great value and always have a great stay. Will be back on my next trip. The service is great the room comfortable. Great experience.

I stayed here for my 6 year anniversary with my partner to celebrate at first it was a little bit of a rocky start with some small issues. However staff was amazing and great and attentive at communicating things and fixing things and making sure are stay was fantastic which it was just that. The room was very clean the atmosphere of the whole hotel just beautiful 😍 from the moment you walked in there was beautiful lighting and colors of paintings and other beautiful decorations and decor. The pool area was very well maintained and was so nice and refreshing ☺️ with the heated water and the jacuzzi also. They had a area in the front were you could purchase essentials and other items such as juice and snacks which is wonderful. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel which I wish we had tried hopefully next time we will it looked amazing and smelled delicious it is open for dinner from 5pm to 10pm I believe. They do serve breakfast which you have to pay for it is 15 a person I believe we didn't try it but I did go down to look and it looked amazing eggs sausage muffins water and milk coffee juice cereal bagels waffles the works to get your morning going just right. There is a fitness room it says online that it is 24hours however this was not the case it closed before 11pm when we stayed so that was a little disappointing as I did try to walk the treadmill a little before going to bed one night. They allow pets service dogs are free and any other is a 75 dollar pet fee I believe. I highly recommend the whirlpool suite it is beautiful equipped with a microwave fridge a couch that doubles as a pull out bed a nice chair and desk area I loved how the shower had full shower gel shampoo and conditioner for guests like not many hotels have that you just get the little tiny bottles so that was very nice and they smelled amazing. I definitely recommend staying here 😌 you will wake up super refreshed and comfortable from the bed and pillows that feels like you are sleeping literally in the clouds ⛅️ Also shout out to Guy for excellent and exceptional service going above and beyond to answer all questions I had asked at the front desk and just making sure mine and my partners stay was that much more enjoyable thank you Guy.
