It was dated, dirty, and they put us upstairs in an area that was separated by a chain-link gate. The restaurant staff could be heard through the door, it was dingy, dated, and all around just poor. For 200+ dollars a night it was definitely not worth it and I would not stay there again.

Shower head is leaking, no chair in room, and have to get up to turn tv on using input button on tv to change inputs instead of using the remote control.

USUSFOR ME THE LOCATION WAS GREAT AS I WAS COMING IN FROM UNION SQUARE BY TRAIN FROM NY IT WAS EASY TO GET TO BY METRO AND THE PRICE ALTHOUGH HIGH WAS REASONABLE. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AS IT HAS RESTAURANTS MALLS ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL TO METRO.
THE HOTEL ALTHOUGH CLEAN AND STAFF SUPER IT LOOKS OUTDATED AND NEEDS RENOVATIONS BADLY IT COULD BE A GREAT HOTEL WITH UPGRADES BUT I’M NOT THE OWNER JUST A GUEST IN MY OPINION IF “UPGRADED” YOU WOULD GET ALOT MORE BUSINESS OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS FINE
USMy room wasn’t clean and the tv was broken and I when I asked about it I was told to unplug it. I was told I couldn’t change rooms.
