QAUSAfter we were mistakenly shown to a room with a single queen bed by an inexperienced staff member, the manager stopped us from climbing the 4 flights of stairs and corrected the mistake. Her attention was life saving, in my opinion.
The elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor - "we" included my sister with cancer and my 89 year old mother.

Holes in wall brown looking splater on ceilings, matress look like been there since 1902. Room was clean looking carpets had stains on it... ...... I did not take off my shoes or clothes. I slept in my clothes with hoodie wrapped up on top of not so clean looking sheets...
