Absolutely everything. Only staff onsite was housekeeping. Ice machine broken. Marijuana buds on dresser and floor of room. Door was not sealed around edges, most uncomfortable stay I've ever had in my life. Will never return and will warn others to not stay here!!!!!

Mold in shower along tub. There was no staff available at night, they answered by phone and gave you step by step how to activate room key, late check in.

The room was clean.

There were no black out curtains.

Waking up at 9:00am to a man opening my door. He had a room key card. Instead of knocking, he just opens my door wide up and walks in. Says, Sorry. I thought you were gone. Obviously, NOT! Check out is not until 11am. Do NOT just open my door while my kids & I are asleep and walk into our room. you're lucky you are still breathing. NO toilet paper and only one towel. The employee at the front desk said I would have to pay for extra towels & wash clothes. This place is not safe and needs to be shut down.

It's very dirty , dirty, unclean, disgusting. I booked this hotel, but I didn't stay there. I booked another hotel again .

There was no breakfast

property could have been updated. remote did not work so tv was unwatchable, internet service didn't work

Room was reasonably priced and relatively clean. Bed was comfortable and location was convenient for our purpose. We got a reduced online price, but sometimes you do get what you pay for. Area was quiet and close to a very nice downtown.

No staff to check us in despite being the middle of the day. Shower handle didn't work right and TV didn't work at all. One of two reading lights on the bed didn't work and the lights over the sink didn't even have a switch connected to it. At checkout, there was an attendant whose attention I had to get from her phone conversation by knocking on the glass, which seemed to annoy her.

This place is disgusting, nothing like the pictures. The "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarettes and was totally filthy. We asked for a different room and then they offered us one with a broken window with lights that wouldn't turn on. We left and didn't even stay there. We have contacted them several times, they totally ignored our cancellation request and they are refusing to give us a refund.
