The area, the crackheads, unable to watch TV, lady who is manager is trying but I doubt a place this bad can be saved.

The location was convenient

Musty smelling, only 2 small pillows on the bed, outdated furniture, no towels or toilet paper in room

The lady that checked us in was very nice.

The room was absolutely disgusting. There is mold all over the ceilings in the actual room and in the bathroom (everywhere the calking was in the shower). The floor was continuously damp due to I am assuming a toss up between the shower and the air conditioner. The bedding was nasty with burn marks, stains, etc. and the towels were in between the size of a hand towel and a regular towel and they looked dirty. The wall paper was ripped off in areas. It was just filthy. We were there for the fair and a concert and the location was perfect for that but next time I think I will just hop in my car and go to a different hotel especially for the price. I paid almost $200 for that room. It should have been closer to $40-50/night at most.

Beds were soft and comfy, shower pressure was amazing, room was clean, right across the street from the fair. Staff was extremely friendly.

Room smelled like sewer, I don't think the sewer vent was working properly. A/C leaked in the floor. I did not tell staff because I knew the hotel was fully booked and there was no chance of switching rooms. We only stayed 1 night to go to the fair, so we just needed a place to sleep. I would stay here again because of the location. I feel like it was just a room issue and not an issue with the entire motel.

The hotel was convenient to the fairgrounds and worked for us.

Filthy sheets and towels. Never saw staff. Looks like the kind of place people sell drugs out of. The pictures do not reflect the actual rooms.

Great location for state fair! Old school feel with all exterior doors.
