InTown Suites Extended Stay Greensboro NC - Airport

Was dirty, no filthy, run down beyond belief most getting hotel I have ever seen and when I said I wanted to leave early they said I could but they were keeping all the money as no refunds. If the town wasn't completely booked up because of a convention there I would have been gone in a heartbeat.

The ventilation made noise when running. The knob on the stove was loose and didn't work.

The fact that there was another location in Greensboro. Has the ambiance of a secured and contained location. No dark ways outside and no vagrant loitering. Walls and floor in public areas were generally clean...Semi homely feeling. Staff was courteous and helpful as paid to be.

The cost for a lockout key replacement of.$10 is a little bit too steep. $5 is more just and practical for the trouble it cost to reprogram a new key by the front desk. Anyway 2 keys should be given firstly, then if you get locked out twice. Then you will get charge. $5 per key please! Saw roaches in my room and filthy sofa base, which was hygienicly unacceptable for a place where human lodge. House Keeping should check the furniture better for all these mess in mattress and couches. I dont what I have but I caught something....it's growing too!
