Not all rooms have the same furniture or up to date look and u have a kitchenette but no dishes to use

Over this hotel needs a lot more work done internally with the staff

There were Cockroach’s is our room & the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room & the AC was leaking water & it caused the room to smell real bad & they would not give me a refund back for all issues I was having while I stayed there for a week

It was not bad I was happy with the experience

They will scam you at this property if you pay up for a while they will start doing and or allowing things to make you feel annoyed uncomfortable and unwelcome in order for you to want to leave so they can keep your money and double book a room under the guise of "no refund policy." Like allowing the fire alarm to go off daily saying it's a "test", inviting pest control in as if you are a pest especially when you have filed a complaint due to them not having running water and no hot water which is UNSANITARY AND FIRE HAZARDOUS. They make very rude snide remarks to guests, I was treated in the most disrespectful way at this place, they are a bunch of liars and deceivers and I would never recommend anyone choose this place, I left before my stay ended which would have been today, and I left on the 12th and they gave me 0 dollars of my money although everything that happened was on their end. Skylar has a nasty tone and disposition and Kiana makes the sextra unnecessary comments. It gives ignorance and incompetence, needs to be shut down and condemned since the water can't stay on. There was a smoke fire during the stay as well due to a staff catching a laundry machine on fire. It's dimly lit in the hallways. not a very welcoming end and the pictures shown on the site are far from what it looks like in real life. I was told bc I didnt book a "premium" room that's why my room wasn't as clean as expected. I want them held accountable for stealing my money.

The location was fantastic and the layout of the room was nice.

The room was not clean to hotel standards, the lighting in the hallway was really dim, the guests are responsible for laundering their towels, the window treatments did not match at all and were attached with paper clips in sections. The property is outdated and seemed more like an apartments rather than a hospitality chain.
