The bed was comfortable

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. I was not told the pool was closed even when I checked in she gave me a piece of paper, giving me the pool hours and then when I went down, it said it was out of service , also upon entering my bathroom I went to grab a towel off the rack that was attached to the cupboard under the sink. It just fell off and smashed my toes. Moving into the morning the continental breakfast was there, but absolutely terrifying to look at , the eggs were super watery the sausages looked uncooked I could hear other customers saying the same as I thought. Just didn’t stand up to its reviews.
