Loved the warm pool, spa and fitness room. Good hot breakfast.

The pool was awesome. The beds were comfy.

No plug in the bathtub. Some hair left on the bathroom floor. And the towel rack fell off the wall.

This property is utterly disgusting and a health hazard. The underside of the toilet and floor in our room was dirty with fecal and urine splatter from a previous guest making it obvious the toilet was not cleaned. Because we checked in late and my child was already asleep by the time I noticed, moving rooms was a logistical impossibility so I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned it up myself with Lysol antiseptic wipes from the gym. Night staff told me to complain to the manager the next day which I attempted to do but allegedly no manager was present and the man working at the front desk did not take this seriously at all. He interrogated me as if I was lying me and actually laughed at my complaint. He checked his logbook to see if my room was cleaned and apparently it was which is says a lot. Needless to say we didn’t eat the free breakfast but did grab a coffee and can say the amenities in the breakfast area are filthy as well. Stay anywhere else.

The staff was all amazing. We had our two pets with us and they were so accommodating for our furry friends. Would stay with you anytime we are in the area. The breakfasts were great! Our room was lovely.

The tub stopper would not stay down. Behind the toilet had not been cleaned as there was paper and hair behind it. The "Wind" in your Windy City but I know you can't do anything about that.

Gym is in poor shape
