Clean place, friendly staff, and good location

Limited cutlery and crockery..

Good location, free parking, pool was nice

Rooms were quite worn and could do with maintenance, cupboard doors had come off hinges, shower flooded bathroom floor and carpets could do with a good clean

Clean sheets, front of house staff and most updated TV tech. Housekeeping was great as well.

Bathroom facilities (shower was super low pressure) for 4 star. We had 3 rooms booked with family staying and the water pressure was the same in all rooms. Breakfast is now a pick an item of the menu rather than buffet, although it's okay, I understand the new breakfast model is to manage waste and such, the buffet breakfast photos should be removed from Google photos and booking.com We stayed for 6 nights and the family visited for Nights so all up spent around 2500$, we found the restaurant service started strong, however after the change of staff we found the service shifted a bit. Although pleasant, it was not warm or nice, we felt like we were inconveniencing service by just existing in the space. I would understand the shift in service if we were being particularly demanding, but we definitely were not. Personally, I feel like having spent$ 2500 for 6 nights, I could have definitely been more demanding, but chose not to. Regardless, we hope this review is useful and constructive.
