it was clean; staff was nice and friendly; they had every thing you need in the room

I didn’t like when I asked for a non smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

The shower leaked all over the floor carpet and the Sheetrock was starting to show wear the leak was in the wall. Went and told the front desk people 3 times and they said oh we will look at it when we have time. The pillows were worthless and beds are hard. Asked for different pillows and was told they were ordered but didn’t have any more. Needless to say I go there once a year and will Never stay there again. It was worth 20 bucks to stay in this motel if that. I told the desk guy y’all will be getting a bad review and he didn’t say a word. It’s worth paying a little more for anything better I think.

Hotel is a bit run down. The room was relatively clean, but shabby. Service was fine. Front desk was pleasant. There was a laundry area that worked fine, but was dirty. Nothing nearby with easy access, except the freeway

My family and I were returning from a trip in Louisiana when a terrible storm hit. We pulled under the overhang at the Super 8 to get out of the weather. The hotel managers invited us in and got us towels to dry off with. When we got ready to leave they told us an alternative route to avoid traffic. Those men didn’t have to do that for us. We greatly appreciate their hospitality!

There was no tv remote so when I told the staff he didn’t even come off his phone to help. When he did turn up to the room he was still on his phone. So ignorant! The bathroom fitting were loose and the plug didn’t fit the bath so after a shower the water lever was high. The bedsheets had inch long holes in them!

It was quiet and very neat,the staff was helpful and a good location.

I would suggest a little upgrade on furniture and appliances and some paint. Room had a strong smoke odor. Could use a deodorizer to take some of that away even tho it was a smoking room. It was average.

Was supposed to pay at check in but hotel charged my credit card before I arrived. Bedding had stains. No TV remote, then remote didn't work, then TV didn't work. Microwave smelled bad. Hair in sink. Breakfast started late. Front desk staff was never at front desk and when they were they were on their cell phones.

It was a cold March day. I looked forward to a nice hot bath and was I ever disappointed. The water here is cold. I just can’t figure out why motel management chooses to save a few dollars and make the showers/baths for their customers uncomfortable and risk bad reviews. Well that is the case here. Please tell your customers you only have cold water BEFORE they book a room. The rest of the motel was nice for the money.
