The hotel is set in a beautiful location. The lobby had a beautiful fireplace and cozy couches to relax after a long day of hiking. The pool and spa were wonderful.

"Paying for the place not the actual room. I would have expected more for the price."

Breakfast was ready and hot when it said it would be. Laundry facilities were modern and clean. Staff was helpful.

Counter top in room was not clean. Shower curtain had not been changed since last guest. Was charged for parking and not told about it by the front desk. Easily heard the guests in other rooms talking.

Since we rented the room off season,it was very nice, Carla the Manager was terrific

Shower needs some repair, tub drain plug did not work.
