The clocks could have been set to the correct time and the bathroom lock was sticky and I could see someone getting stuck in the bathroom
USThey could it find me in the system and when they did it took a hour and a half . They gave a room to someone else made me pay twice so I can get a other room

USIt provides adequate basic accomodations.
Walls are thin. Voices and TV from neighbors irritating. Air conditioner very loud, turning on and off every few minutes. No towel racks. Cheap TP. Hard pillows.
USThe room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and parking was right in front of our room.
If it's not broken, don't fix it. Everything was great 👍
