USnice shower head and room was spacious for us.
could have more towel racks, front door needs a sweeper at bottom and room chair that has wheels very unconfutable.
USRoom was clean. Staff was kind and helpful numerous times needing their help. Convenient restaurant inside the casino, with fabulous staff.
Key cards stopped working twice, lots of random trash, navigating the office originally was confusing. Staff made it all worth it.

Everything just reeked of cigarette smoke. You couldn’t get away from it. And there weren’t any luggage carts to help bring luggage inside.

USAlthough I had a late arrival, I was quickly accommodated with a room near the main entry to the Hotel Conciérge and management. This was important as I travelled alone and am a elder female with mobility issues. I was told that the accommodations in room 102 mirrored those in the ADA designated room. There were no rails in the shower/tub, no seat for showering, and no rails near the commode. I was informed that their five star restaurant was open until 8pm so I was immediately checked in and escorted to my room. I then enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Steakhouse down the hall. an hour later management arrived to ask if there was anything else they could assist me with.
