Location

Not clean. Booking said King- Smoking with hot tub. No hot tub on the entire premises. Spa bath was offered instead but non-working. Lamp had short in wiring and kept flickering. Breakfast offered was brownies, cereal, and milk!

"Great Stay Close to the Ozarks"

Great place to stay just south of the Ozarks. Rooms were clean and neat, and the price was very competitive. We will be back the next time we visit Arkansas.
