I liked how quiet & convenient it was.

The room was dirty the bathroom was nasty. The staff canceled my reservation with Expedia and then gave me another reservation that costed more to get money out of me. The staff was extremely rude and caused me to wait an hour and a half to get my room

The a/c worked and it had fair shower temp and pressure.

The housekeepers just opened our room and began cleaning as soon as we got there so we could not access our room for a while, the mini fridge did not work which wasn't a issue for me could have been for someone else. No fan in the bathroom, requests for extra towels when I arrived went un answered. Booked a smoking room, and as soon as we got into the room, we had to go down front, wait, call the numbers on the board, and wait, then finally get someone and get an ashtray. Staff here was quite pleasant, though they asked me about pets MULTIPLE times, so while a pet friendly venue, I take it they have had issues with people not disclosing pets or service animals.

I reported that the TV wasn't working and they dared to take my belongings while I was away and moved them to a different room without my consent, once there the remote of the TV didn't work either and the toilet constantly flushed itself every 10 minutes ALL NIGHT LONG, the guy on the front desk entered my room while I was on the showe

It was ok. Barebones hotel. The ceiling tile above the shower was open when we first got there. We closed it. The shower pulled away from the wall if you adjusted the shower head. There wasnt many open outlets and the ones that were available were so loose the plugs fell out.

I had to check out on Saturday morning so did not stay Saturday night as planned. Is there anyway I can get the Saturday night charge returned to my credit card. The manager at the hotel said he marked that I checked out on Saturday morning. Thank you

Check in was easy and quick even though it was 1 in the morning. For the price point would stay here again. We were in town for a college sporting event

Good pillows, very friendly owners, and the room was clean. It was better than most super 8 motels. We had to stop because of snow and they were the nearest on our route. It turned out to be a really relaxing stop. I'd be happy to stay there again.
