It was quit at night and that was good !!

Just the carpet it was clean i just dont like walking on carpet thats used period so Tile wood look better and it would stay clean and sanitized

"Roach Motel - The roaches are the employees and other guests."

It was in a convenient location. That’s it.

Looks nothing like the photos. The photos are bright and newly renovated. The property is totally run down, moldy, unclean, smelly, and old. The owners clearly have no interest in updating or creating a better product. I’m surprised it passed the Wyndham QA. The front desk clerk was on her phone the entire time. There’s even a sign visible to guests at the front desk stating the owners don’t care how much they charge a guest, the name of the game is Heads in Beds, they have to pay their mortgage so sell the rooms for whatever. All the employees, manager, and owners numbers are visible at the front desk too. Right on the wall. Give them a call! The hotel is run down. There’s handwritten signs all over the doors. Sketchy people walking around slamming doors over and over and over and over and over again. People sitting in their cars smoking blunts. Rednecks who are staying long term arguing with their girlfriends. The room? Forget about it. It smells like mold. The vents aren’t clean. The floor is DIRTY. The tub was nasty. There was trash all over (tape on the wall from someone’s party or whatever), trash from chips under the bench. Stains all over anything that can have a stain. The whole hotel just made me want to bathe in a bleach bath. Thank god I only had to stay for two nights. The ownership and even management of this place clearly have no interest in it and just turning a quick buck without doing anything for their business. Quite frankly, Wyndham needs to drop their flag from this property because it’s the nastiest thing I’ve ever stepped into.

Anna at check in was rude, had no concept of customer service and when I asked her how long she had worked there she said 4 months which is plenty of time to settle into the job and be able to answer questions without snapping at her clients. I have stayed here several times and this is the major draw back to this hotel. Considering canceling my September reservations.
