we enjoyed our stay it was in a good location near nice and clean staff was courteous my room was quiet

Jetted tub in room the location and the bed was super soft

Having to sign into my amazon account just to use tubi

Very nicely individuals whom work there . Housekeeping was awesome. Had jacuzzi tub plenty of hot water. Even coffee was tasty. Close to everything we did .

The unpleasant reviews I believe they were trying to get a free Night or stay. We had a amazing experience

Found a bed bug in my bed. Was told the manager would have to be informed and they would contact me. After several hours and no contact, I called back and was informed my reservation was canceled. I was also told that the manager said it was a roach, not a bed bug. Well, roaches don't spew blood when they are smashed. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Who knows how severe the infestation is. Pool was also very nasty.

The tub did not have non skid material so taking a shower you really had to watch your footing or you were going down. Staff acted like they could care less about you. It we just me, I can deal with it but not a place to take family

I stayed for two nights and had a mostly great experience. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made check-in feel warm and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and even had a Jacuzzi—such a nice touch and definitely a highlight! There was a minor hiccup with the bedding the first night, as there was a strange smell that made it a bit hard to sleep. However, once I let the front desk know, they responded kindly and promptly helped me by changing the sheets. I really appreciated their willingness to fix the issue. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way the staff handled it showed they truly care about their guests. With a little more attention to housekeeping details, this place can easily be a good stay. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly and comfortable place with great service, this is a solid choice. I’d definitely consider staying again!
