Our Off The Bone Gastro Pub is open daily from 12pm to 9.30pm. Lunch from 12-3pm, A La Carte menu from 3pm to 9.30pm. The Curry House is open daily from 3pm-9pm. Room service is available from 3pm to 9pm daily, tray charge will apply. A pre-authorization of your credit card for the full amount of your stay will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival. "Ok but disappointing."

Hotel, bar restaurant etc were all very nice. Room was very big and quiet

Toilet(s) didn’t seem to flush on ground floor (we had two rooms). Staff cleared the blockage but still wouldn’t flush. Had to use toilet off reception. Staff weren’t great. Mentioned toilet issue on leaving but nothing said. Restaurant tables were not cleared after dinner and had to keep asking for stuff like cutlery. Shower was ok but not great. Hotel was closed expensive (maybe the weekend that was in it) and you expect certain standards. If we’d been staying more then one night would have been a much bigger problem.

Great size room. Quiet, as requested, and with a refrigerator, also requested. Breakfast was good. Some times the eggs had been under the heat lamp room long and were getting dried out. In general, the breakfast was good.

Intermittent problems with the internet going down.

"Decent hotel"

Hotel in good location, decent car park. Found staff friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and tidy. Air conditioning instructions the best I've ever come across. The breakfast was perfect. Tried the Indian restaurant and it was the best Indian I've enjoyed for some time, recommended. Overall, more than satisfied. Atmosphere was in keeping with a decent hotel.

A exceptionally clean hotel, beautifully kept with an impressive entrance. Plenty of on site parking. The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel also has two onsite restaurants serving very good food. The breakfast was excellent.
