Absolutely nothing

Everything smoking rooms have bedbugs If you want a somewhat clean room non-smoking is your best option. The bathroom is horrible no pressure and the tub was pealing! 0/10 do not recommend. Will never book here again! Oh let’s not forgot someone tried to get in our room in the middle of the night!

Metal bed frame squeaked like a coin operated massage bed from the 1970's. Towels were like sandpaper. No protein at breakfast (yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, peanut butter).

Staff was helpful with all issues

Cleaning staff was caught staring at my teenage daughter through the window that was closed. The curtains were not overlapped and he was literally staring at my daughter while she was changing her clothes. I immediately went down to the front desk and complained and they said they would escalate it higher but I never heard anything else back.

It was close to the center of everything that I needed to access.

1. Full kitchen in our room including full size refrigerator and stove top, sink and cabinets. The kitchen was not equipped with ANYTHING. I was told I needed to provide the pots, pans, utensils etc. Every other hotel I have stayed at had a fully stocked kitchen. Who the hell brings their own pots and pans with them when they travel? They expect the room with a kitchen to at least have the basics to cook with. Not here. I traveled from Pa to SC and needed an extended stay so I thought a room with a kitchen would be great so we could save on food costs by preparing it ourselves. I was helping family out and didn’t have time to book something else. 2. The smell of cigarette and weed was overwhelming in that room. It came from the room below ours, up the vent and into the bathroom. As long as we kept the bathroom door closed it was tolerable. We had a non smoking room because I have asthma and the smoke is a trigger for me. Neither of us smoke and we hate the smell. 3. There was a large amount of t of trash in the back of the hotel and behind the dumpster. There were refrigerators and old appliances and nasty mattresses. 4. It didn’t feel safe, lots of construction vehicles at night took up most of the parking and people smoking weed blatantly in front of their rooms. Very shady. We were away most of the day helping family and came back at night to eat and rest. One guy started talking to me about the full moon and wouldn’t leave me alone until he saw my husband come down. 5. I stripped the beds upon leaving and found a large stain on the mattress and cover. Looked like blood, you decide for yourself in the photo. Absolutely horrified that we were sleeping on that.
