"Room was outdated and dusty. Additionally, it smelled of smoke."

The location.

The fact that I was charged a smoking fee when the room smelled like smoke the moment I walked in. (When you don’t smoke, it’s very strong) There were also burn marks all over the tub. When I called the manager, he said the room smelled like smoke bc I smoked in the room. The person beside us could be seen walking in and out of his room with a cigarette in hand. Perhaps that’s what we both smelled. Either way, he didn’t give my money back. Will never return.

"Friendly accommodating staff"

Staff was excellent and accommodating, I had 2 dogs with me and it wasn't a problem, $10 charge for 2nd dog and no extra deposit!! Large garden area for the dogs and waste bags supplied!! I'll only go to this hotel when I'm in town!!

One of the rooms had a broken window, which still wasn't repaired when I came back a month later.
