Red Roof Inn & Suites Greenwood, SC

The bed has cig burns and still had the black marks when I asked them to change it they put one with more burn holes in it. When I said something to the man that was changing it he said well it is a smoking room. As if smokers don't deserve to have anything worth something.The wall had big holes punched in it. Their was Black stuff on the ceiling. There was stuff to make coffee and a coffee maker but no pot. The toilet wouldn't flush correctly. When I tried to talk to the lady at the front she was rude.

The breakfast was terrible. All they had were bagels and cold cereal — that’s not a real breakfast. When a hotel says they offer breakfast, I expect something hot or at least a decent variety, not just the bare minimum.

I left a review I was in room 209 sink clogged up microwave didn’t work the air-conditioning unit I cleaned the room myself both days

I was running late and I called to let them know. They said not to worry, my room would be waiting and it was. The staff was kind both at night and in the morning. If I need to be in Greenwood, SC overnight again, I will make my stay at the Red Roof Inn.

Poor cleanliness , shower liner was stained , sheets was stained , hair in tub hair in shower , hair in sheets , door was hard to open and close .

Had room with JETTED TUB ......QUIET SAFE PARKING MANAGEMENT ALERT PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED I WILL BE RETURNING THERE ANYTIME IM IN TOWN EVEN IF PERSONAL REASONS

Hotel was clean and peaceful
